Malaria Cure?

Recently I came across a research study.  It is called:  Silver Sol Completely Removes Malaria Parasites From the Blood of Human Subjects Infected With Malaria in an Average of Five Days.

Malaria is an infectious disease caused by a mosquito.  Generally, the disease is transmitted through a bite from an infected mosquito. Once infected, the disease travels to the liver.  Malaria causes symptoms that usually includes fever and headache and which then can lead to coma and death. It has been said that Malaria kills 3,000 people per day in Africa.

There has long been a search for a cure for Malaria.  Many have donated money for nets to help protect people from this terrible disease.

I'm just left wondering now, is Silver Sol really a cure?  If it is, why don't more people know of this?
