- Don't smoke
- Keep a healthy weight with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9.
- Do 150 min. moderate exercise per week or 75 min. vigorous.
- Eat healthy with at least 4-5 cups of fruits and vegetables per day.
- Blood Pressure ideally is 120 over 80.
- Blood cholesterol is less than 200 mg/dL.
- Blood sugar is less than 1oo mg/dL.
