My Top 10 List for Health

  1. Take a strong probiotic daily.  My personal favorite is: Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics
  2. Start eating healthier...no junk food and cut the sweets if you can.  Consider watching Forks Over Knives.
  3. Consider a detox regimen and take fiber daily. Detox Kit; Colonix Detox
  4. Consider purchasing my book to use as a reference, Health, Healing and Hope
  5. Get a physical...Stop with the procrastination and take care of yourself.
  6. Exercise. Create your own workout plan: Free Workout Plan and Instruction
  7. Make healthy drinks such as an apple cider vinegar drink or Coconut-Chai Tea smoothie.  See my recipes:  Apple Cider Drink; Coconut-Chai Tea Latte Smoothie.
  8. Start implementing daily: a good vitamin, spices into your food, coconut for brain healthEssential Oilsteas and non-GMO and organic food and products.
  9. Complete Dr. Braverman's Age Print Quiz; Brain Quiz
  10. Meditate on God and His Word and begin to pray for health, healing and hope TODAY!
In addition to these 10, there are some healthy parameters to keep in mind put out by the American Heart Association:
  • Don't smoke
  • Keep a healthy weight with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9.
  • Do 150 min. moderate exercise per week or 75 min. vigorous.
  • Eat healthy with at least 4-5 cups of fruits and vegetables per day.
  • Blood Pressure ideally is 120 over 80.
  • Blood cholesterol is less than 200 mg/dL.
  • Blood sugar is less than 1oo mg/dL.
