Apple Cider Vinegar...Good For Almost Everything that Ails You

Apple Cider Vinegar or ACV has tons of uses.  Here are just some...  Studies suggest that apple cider vinegar could be used for or  to help acne, diabetes (lower glucose), issues with the heart, obesity, gout, body odor, dandruff, the digestive track, arthritis, fungus, pH balance, bacteria such as yeast, high blood pressure, headaches, as a hair cleanser, chronic fatigue,  burns, shingles, sore throats, sinus infections, stamina and even disinfectant use.*  Wow!
An apple a day can keep the doctor away because apples are full of healthy antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals. One medium sized apple contains 4.4 g of dietary fiber. In addition, an apple is a good source of potassium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, calcium, magnesium and zinc. Apples also contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, K, foliate, and niacin.
One thing for sure is that ACV works great on yeast infections.  Not only can you drink ACV, it can be applied to the infected area with a cotton ball.  Results are quick and impressive.
Here's a great recipe using Apple Cider Vinegar:  1 1/2 C. of filtered water, 4 Tbsp. of juice, 2 Tbsp. honey, 2 Tbsp. of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon, (optional: freshly squeezed lemon juice).  Or you could put 3 TBSP. of vinegar into your favorite smoothie.
